Baby Revati (2 Years) younger D/o N. Balaraju is diagnosed with Profound Sensorineural hearing loss in both ears with hearing threshold 95 dB. Upon examination it is found that, Baby Revati has to receive Cochlear Implant to hear for first time and with follow up of speech therapy baby will start speaking.
Baby Revati is scheduled for Cochlear Implantation at Apollo Hospital Hyderabad on 11th Mar 2007 costing Rs.7,98,000/-(Refer: Estimation Letter). N. Balaraju, father of Baby Revati with modest income as construction worker unable to afford approached various donor's for help. Mentioned below are committed funding sources, still requiring 1 Lakh.
